Six stages and zero surprises
Every stage has a deadline, an owner and a sign-off certificate. You always know what’s happening on site today and what’s next.
- Stage 023–5 days
Estimate and contract
We prepare an estimate of 200+ items and a day-by-day schedule. The price, timing and penalty go into the contract.
- Stage 031–3 weeks
Design and purchasing
We agree the layout and finishes. We buy rough materials ourselves, from suppliers who give us up to 15% off.
- Stage 043–6 weeks
Rough work
Demolition, wiring, plumbing, screed and plaster. We photograph all hidden work before the walls are closed.
- Stage 053–5 weeks
Finishing
Tiles, paint, flooring, doors and lighting. Our supervisor signs off each stage against a 140-point checklist.
- Stage 061 day
Handover and warranty
Final inspection, cleaning, a sign-off certificate and a 3-year warranty. You move in, and we stay in touch.

Domus is Latin for “home”
We started in 2018 as a crew of five with one rule: an estimate the client has signed doesn’t change. Today we have 42 tradespeople on staff, our own design department and site supervision.
We never take on more than 14 projects at once, so every project gets an engineer’s attention, not a “site manager for five flats”.

Yes. After measuring, we draw up a detailed estimate and fix the total cost of work and rough materials in the contract. If hidden problems turn up along the way, such as rotten pipes under the screed, we fix them at our own cost. The price only changes if you decide to add something, and then we sign a separate addendum.
