Privacy policy
This policy describes how Domus processes the personal data of website visitors and clients. By submitting a request, you agree to its terms.
1. What data we collect
Your name, phone number and preferred time for a call, which you enter in the request form. We also automatically receive anonymised technical data: device type, browser and the pages you visited.
2. Why we need it
Only to contact you, arrange a measurement, prepare an estimate and fulfil the contract. We don’t use your contacts for mass mailings and don’t share them with third parties, except where Ukrainian law requires it.
3. How we store it
Requests are kept in a secure CRM system with restricted staff access. If no contract is signed, the data is deleted 12 months after the last contact.
4. Your rights
You can request, change or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We reply within 10 working days in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
5. Cookies
The site uses the technical cookies it needs to work and analytics cookies to improve the service. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
