Privacy policy
Perlyna Dental Clinic respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By submitting a request on this site, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. What data we collect
Your name, phone number, chosen service, and preferred date and time of the visit. During treatment, the medical information needed to provide care, kept in your medical record as required by the Ministry of Health.
2. What we use it for
To confirm your booking, remind you of the visit and draw up a treatment plan. We don’t share data with third parties except where the law requires it, and we don’t use it for mass mailings.
3. How we store it
Data is kept in a secure medical information system with restricted staff access. Requests that don’t lead to a visit are deleted after 12 months.
4. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion by emailing us. We reply within 10 working days.
5. Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies it needs to work, plus anonymised analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.
